WordPress Releases wp-playground AI Testing Skill

WordPress announced wp-playground on its Playground CLI, a new AI agent skill released this week that lets AI agents run a full local WordPress sandbox to test generated code as they write. The skill auto-starts installations, mounts code into correct directories, speeds startup from about a minute to a few seconds, and supports verification via tools like curl and Playwright, improving developer feedback loops.
