TD Bank Deploys AI For AML Remediation

TD Bank said on its Feb. 26, 2026 Q1 earnings call that it is using AI and machine learning to support its U.S. AML remediation program and launched a centralized KYC platform this month. Executives said ML models were added to transaction monitoring last year, additional models will be deployed in coming quarters, and the bank targets about CAD1 billion in AI value medium-term.
