Terms of Service

By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.

You may sign in using email/password or Google OAuth. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

Let's Data Science provides an interactive data science learning platform that includes:

Free Tier (No Payment Required)

• Access to free SQL and Python coding problems
• Interactive courses with animated visualizations
• Interview recall cards across SQL, Python, Statistics, ML, and LLMs
• SQL recall exercises with in-browser execution
• AI-curated data science news feed
• Blog articles with optional audio narration

Pro Tier (Paid Subscription)

• All Free tier features
• 1,500+ SQL and Python coding problems across 15 industry domains
• Unlimited SQL and Python code visualizations
• Unlimited audio content
• Priority access to new features

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Significant changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.

Pricing & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles.
• Prices are displayed in USD and INR. All charges are processed in INR by Razorpay, our payment processor.
• Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Founding Member Program

We offer a limited-time Founding Member program with discounted pricing for early adopters. Founding pricing is locked for 12 months (monthly plans) or 1 year (annual plans) from the date of subscription. After the founding period, your subscription automatically transitions to regular pricing at the next billing cycle. You will be notified before this transition occurs.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable rate at the time of renewal.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.

Refund Policy

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, Razorpay will attempt to retry the charge. If payment continues to fail after retries, your subscription may be suspended and your account reverted to the Free tier. You can resubscribe at any time.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' accounts
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or their infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute content from the Services without written authorization
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Services
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use the platform to develop a competing product or service
• Submit malicious code, SQL injection attempts, or any code designed to harm the Services or other users

The platform provides in-browser code execution environments for SQL and Python. You acknowledge that:

• SQL queries execute entirely within your browser. No SQL code is sent to our servers.
• Python code primarily executes within your browser. For grading purposes, code may be sent to our secure execution service, where it runs in an isolated sandbox.
• You are solely responsible for the code you write and execute on the platform.
• We are not liable for any consequences of code executed on the platform, whether in the browser or on our servers.
• The datasets provided for practice are proprietary and may not be extracted, downloaded, or used outside the platform without written permission.

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, coding problems, datasets, visualizations, and software, is owned by or licensed to AIDriven Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content
• Use content for commercial purposes, training AI models, or building competing products
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

You may submit content to the Services, including code solutions, feedback, and profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You retain ownership of your original code solutions. We may use anonymized, aggregated submission data to improve the platform (e.g., analyzing common mistakes to create better learning content).

The educational content provided is for learning purposes only. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes, interview success, or career advancement from using the platform. The datasets used in coding problems are designed for educational purposes and do not represent real company data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIDriven Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIDriven Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your User Content, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate action is required.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@letsdatascience.com. If you have an active paid subscription, cancellation of your subscription and account termination are separate actions. Account termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.
