OpenAI announces Frontier, an enterprise platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents that integrate with existing CRMs, data warehouses, and internal tools. The platform emphasizes shared business context, onboarding institutional knowledge, and identity and governance for regulated environments. OpenAI also offers Forward Deployed Engineers to help design, deploy, and operationalize agent workflows for customers.
