A Posti survey of 2,375 logistics decision-makers across Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania finds 53% expect AI-based shopping agents to be integrated into online stores within the next five years. The Future of Logistics Report, built on VTT trend analysis, warns incomplete product and delivery data could cause AI agents to bypass stores and urges firms to provide precise delivery times, emissions and dimensions.
