Insurers Adopt ZestyAI For Property-Level Underwriting

Southern Oak Insurance Company and Lilypad-Centauri Insurance Company are expanding use of ZestyAI models in February 2026 to incorporate property-level intelligence into coastal homeowners underwriting. ZestyAI applies computer vision to aerial imagery, permit data and property records to generate roof age, complexity, materials and condition indicators. Insurers say the analytics improve pricing, accumulation management and reduce uncertainty in hurricane-exposed Florida portfolios.
