Zylo Reports SaaS Spend Rising With AI

Zylo released its latest SaaS Management Index built on $75B+ in spend and 40M+ licenses, reporting average SaaS spend rose 8% to $11,530 per employee and AI-native spend doubled (up 108%) year over year. The report finds 78% of IT leaders faced unexpected AI or consumption charges, business units control 81% of spend, and renewals remain the primary opportunity to cut $19.8M average license waste per company.
