Women Drive Inclusive Ethical AI Development

Sindhu Gangadharan, MD of SAP Labs India and Chairperson of Nasscom, said on the eve of International Women’s Day (March 8, 2026) that women bring valuable perspectives to AI development and must play a central role in design, governance and deployment. She urged industry, academia and governments to expand STEM access, foster AI fluency and ensure inclusive, ethical, human-centric technology.
