Verisk Reports 2025 Revenue Growth, Announces Repurchase

Verisk reported total 2025 revenue of $3.073 billion, up 6.6% year-over-year, with underwriting revenue rising 7.7% to $2.18 billion and Q4 revenue of $779 million. Full-year net income fell 5.1% to $908 million while OCC adjusted EBITDA increased 8.5%; the board approved an 11% dividend hike and a $1.5 billion accelerated share repurchase. Verisk also announced a climate-risk data partnership with S&P Global Energy.
