Ukrainian Corps Tests Exoskeletons On Battlefield
Ukraine's 7th Air Assault Corps said on Friday it trialed wearable exoskeletons on the Pokrovsk front, posting video of two soldiers from the 147th Separate Artillery Brigade using them to carry and load shells on a French CAESAR howitzer. The corps said the devices reduce leg muscle load by about 30%, enable up to 12 mph movement for roughly 10 miles, weigh about 4.4 pounds, and include AI with ten adaptive modes. The exoskeletons are test samples, foldable for transport.
Scoring Rationale
Practical battlefield deployment increases relevance, but single-source demonstration limits verified impact and detailed technical validation.
