The United Arab Emirates said on Saturday it thwarted organised cyber attacks that targeted the country’s digital infrastructure and vital sectors. The attacks included attempts to infiltrate networks, deploy ransomware and run systematic phishing campaigns, and reportedly used artificial intelligence to develop offensive tools.
