Swiggy Enables AI Ordering Through MCP Integrations

Swiggy has launched Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations across Swiggy Food, Instamart, and Dineout, enabling AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Google Gemini to place orders, shop groceries, and book tables via natural-language prompts. Instamart is touted as the first quick-commerce platform globally to adopt MCP, exposing over 40,000 products. The move advances conversational commerce and simplifies ordering workflows for users and developers.
