Sonata Software Reports Q3'26 Revenue And Profit Growth

Sonata Software reported unaudited results on February 7 for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, posting consolidated revenue of ₹3,080.6 crore and PAT before exceptional items of ₹127.5 crore, a 6.1% quarter-on-quarter rise. The company recorded a one-time ₹31.3 crore exceptional labour-code expense, bringing post-exception PAT to ₹104.4 crore, while domestic revenue jumped 68.6% to ₹2,345.9 crore and AI contributed roughly 14% of the order book.
