Salesforce Shows AI Boosts Employee Productivity

Salesforce's internal "Great Insights" survey, conducted in November 2025 and obtained by Business Insider, polled roughly 80% of the company's 76,000 employees and found broad AI adoption and enthusiasm. Eighty-one percent said AI boosts productivity, 83% felt equipped to handle AI risks, the AI Readiness score rose to 85% (an 18% year-over-year gain), but 62% reported more manageable workloads and some noted increased work intensity.
