HDI Global Launches Xcelerate29 Growth Strategy

HDI Global has launched Xcelerate29, its 2026–2029 strategic plan, targeting selective international expansion into North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East while strengthening corporate and specialty insurance lines. The insurer will harmonise underwriting and claims standards, deploy AI-supported processes across the value chain, and expand investment governance; it reported over €10 billion revenue in 2024 with 57% year-on-year EBIT growth and a 90% combined ratio.
