Parloa Raises $350M To Scale Agents

Berlin-based Parloa raised $350 million in a Series D last week at a $3 billion valuation, led by General Catalyst with Hemant Taneja joining its supervisory board. The startup, which has raised over $560 million and reports more than $50 million in annual recurring revenue, offers a voice-first agent-management platform for deploying and governing fleets of customer-service AI agents. The funding will accelerate product scaling and enterprise adoption.
