Paramount Skydance Hires Global Public Policy Head
Paramount Skydance has hired Rene Augustine as senior vice president of global public policy, joining the company on Feb. 17 and reporting to chief legal officer Makan Delrahim. Augustine previously served as deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ Antitrust Division (2019–21) and held White House and Senate roles. She will develop strategic policies and diplomatic relationships amid Skydance’s takeover bid for Warner Bros. Discovery.
