Pakistan Promotes AI Entrepreneurship Through Hackathon

KARACHI, Feb 15 (APP) — Federal Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja said at Indus AI Week 2026's women hackathon that the government, led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and COAS Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, is prioritizing AI entrepreneurship and digital skills. She highlighted Pakistan's potential as the world’s fifth-largest population and urged expanding technology access, women’s participation, and youth-led economic development.
