Organizations Lack Infrastructure To Scale AI

JumpCloud's report 'The Dual Disconnect' finds four in ten IT leaders say their organizations have reached AI maturity, with nearly all respondents adopting AI and 90% reporting efficiency gains. Yet only 22% have foundational IT infrastructure to scale AI safely, 61% report unauthorized AI tool usage, and the report urges unified IAM and non-human identity governance to close visibility and security gaps.
