NTUC Launches AI-Ready SG Training And Tool Subsidy

Singapore's National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) on Feb 13, 2026 launched the AI-Ready SG initiative to prepare workers for AI with curated training pathways, sectoral playbooks, mentorship and a subsidy for AI tool subscriptions. Announced at the NTUC Career Festival, the program provides LearningHub courses from Q1 2026, up to 50% subsidy on eligible AI tools for two years, and partnerships with NUS and SIT. It aims to support business transformation and job redesign amid worker concerns about automation.
