Nib Chief Information Officer Departs, Interim CTO Appointed

Nib's long-time group CIO Brendan Mills has left the health insurer after a 22-year tenure, finishing last month, iTnews confirmed. Glenn Moore, head of experience, transformation and productivity and a 13-year nib veteran, is named acting group chief technology and transformation officer on nib's website. Mills credited leading multi-year cloud migration, enterprise-wide AI and data initiatives, machine-learning claims improvements, and the 'nibby' chatbot.
