NewYork-Presbyterian Nurses Ratify Contract, End Strike
Nurses at NewYork-Presbyterian approved a three-year contract Saturday, voting to end a strike that began Jan. 12 and involved more than 4,000 workers. The New York State Nurses Association said 93% ratified the pact, which includes staffing improvements, raises topping 12% over three years and safeguards on the use of artificial intelligence. Nurses are due to begin returning to work in the coming week.
