MSDE Enrolls 211,029 Learners in SOAR

India’s Ministry of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) says 211,029 learners have enrolled in the free Skilling for AI Readiness (SOAR) programme so far, with Uttar Pradesh leading at 34,830 enrollments. The “AI to be Aware” pathway recorded 106,782 sign-ups, and industry partners Microsoft India, HCLTech and NASSCOM supported training across 12 online courses on the Skill India Digital Hub.
