Microsoft Releases Windows 11 Emergency Connectivity Patch
Microsoft is rolling out an out-of-band Windows 11 update KB5085516 for 25H2 and 24H2 to fix internet connectivity issues in Microsoft-account apps such as Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook after the March 10, 2026 KB5079473 update. The patch upgrades 25H2 to Build 26200.8039 (24H2 to 26100.8039), takes roughly five to seven minutes to apply, and is optional with offline installers available.
