Meta Deploys Nvidia Grace And Vera CPUs
Meta and Nvidia revealed on Tuesday that Meta has deployed Nvidia's standalone Grace CPUs at scale in CPU-only systems and will begin fielding the Vera CPU next year. Meta said Grace delivers about 2x performance per watt on back-end AI workloads and plans to deploy "millions" of GB300 and Vera Rubin Superchips, influencing Nvidia's revenue and datacenter architecture choices.
