Lieutenant Governor Urges Graduates Toward Nation-Building

Srinagar, Feb 26 — Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha urged graduating students at the University of Kashmir's 21st Convocation to align ambitions with national development, emphasizing character, competence and commitment. He highlighted women’s performance—186 of 249 gold medals and 108 of 164 PhDs—stressed lifelong learning amid AI and digital transformation, and urged ethical use of emerging technologies for nation-building.
