KKR Acquires Remaining Stake In STT GDC

KKR and Singapore Telecommunications said on Wednesday they will acquire the remaining 82% stake in ST Telemedia Global Data Centres for 6.6 billion Singapore dollars ($5.1 billion), valuing the company at S$13.8 billion. The deal gives KKR 75% and Singtel 25% ownership, marks KKR's largest Asia-Pacific infrastructure investment, and expands capacity amid AI-driven demand.
