The J.M. Smucker Company announced on Feb. 10 a leadership restructuring, effective Feb. 9, that eliminates the chief operating officer role and expands CFO responsibilities while creating a chief product supply officer. CEO Mark Smucker reassumed the president title and John Brase is no longer an executive officer.
