ASCAP Reports Record Revenue And Distributions

ASCAP reported record revenue of $1.945 billion and record distributions of $1.759 billion for calendar 2025, up 6.0% and 3.7% year over year respectively. In a statement on Thursday (February 12), ASCAP said domestic US-licensed performance distributions totaled $1.304 billion and international distributions reached $455 million, while membership rose to 1.1 million with over 80,000 new joiners. The figures reflect growth driven by streaming, radio and licensing.
