Intuit Expands TurboTax With AI-Driven Stores

Intuit said its nearly decade-long AI investment generated almost $90 million in efficiencies in the first half of 2025 and will expand physical operations in 2026. TurboTax plans to open nearly 600 expert offices and about 20 branded storefronts next year, combining generative-AI features and human tax experts. The strategy aims to pair automation with in-person trust for tax filing.
