Huawei Launches Global Intelligent Public Service Solution

At MWC Barcelona 2026 on March 5, Huawei's Government Public Services Digitalization BU launched the Global Intelligent Public Service Solution to accelerate intelligent transformation of public services and city governance. Built on a "1 digital foundation + 1 intelligent platform + N industry applications" architecture, Huawei says the solution enables "Chat-to-Process" workflows, rapid service orchestration, and AI-driven decision-making with claimed efficiency gains such as 80–90% form-filling reductions.
