HMRC Selects SAP To Modernize Tax Systems

HMRC has selected SAP to overhaul its core revenue systems and place AI at the centre of UK tax administration, migrating the Enterprise Tax Management Platform (ETMP) that handles over £800 billion in annual revenue to RISE with SAP and SAP’s UK Sovereign Cloud. The project will deploy SAP Business Technology Platform and AI capabilities to unify data, automate processes, and improve taxpayer interactions and decision-making.
