Rosendin Holdings Adopts Co-President Leadership Model

Rosendin Holdings announced Jan. 28 that it has moved to a co-president model, naming Paolo Degrassi and Justin Tinoco as co-presidents while Keith Douglas remains CEO and expanding the leadership team to 15. The company said the reorganization aims to accelerate growth in data centers, semiconductor facilities and AI infrastructure, with Tinoco overseeing energy, data center initiatives and its Modular Power Solutions subsidiary to scale operations.
