Haryana Announces Dedicated Agri Power Corporation

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday announced the Haryana Agri‑Power Distribution Corporation while presenting the 2026-27 state budget, aiming to serve 7.12 lakh agricultural consumers and 5,083 feeders. He proposed a ₹2,23,658.17 crore outlay — a 10.28% increase over 2025-26 — and outlined measures including an autonomous AI and Digital College, health upgrades, dairy investments, and new electric buses.
