Google Expands Canvas In AI Mode To U.S.

Google has made Canvas in AI Mode available to all U.S. users in English, moving the feature out of Google Labs and into Google Search. The tool, powered by Gemini 3 with a 1 million-token context window, can generate study guides, convert reports into web pages/quizzes/audio, and produce code for shareable apps and games. Integration exposes Canvas’s prototyping and content workflows to a broader audience.
