GitHub Integrates Claude And Codex Agents

GitHub adds Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s Codex coding agents to GitHub, GitHub Mobile, and Visual Studio Code in a public preview available today for Copilot Pro Plus and Copilot Enterprise subscribers. The integration, part of GitHub’s Agent HQ, lets developers select Copilot, Claude, Codex or custom agents, assign them to issues and pull requests, and compare generated solutions within existing workflows.
