GIGABYTE Delivers Compact GB10 AI Workstation

GIGABYTE releases the AI TOP ATOM, a compact desktop implementation of NVIDIA’s GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip reviewed here, featuring a 20-core Arm CPU, integrated Blackwell GPU, and 128 GB LPDDR5X unified memory. The 1-liter chassis supports up to 1 petaflop FP4 compute, models to 200 billion parameters, up to 4TB Gen5 NVMe, and runs NVIDIA DGX OS; testing shows higher burst thermals (90°C CPU, 81°C GPU) but stable sustained performance.
