Finastra Launches OperatorAssist To Improve Payments

Finastra on March 5 launched OperatorAssist, an AI solution that it says can deliver up to 20% efficiency gains in payments operations. OperatorAssist integrates with Global PAYplus and Payments To Go to automate analysis, recommend repairs, and guide users through exception resolution on the cloud-native, ISO 20022-native platform. The company says the tool reduces errors, speeds handling, and lowers operational costs for banks.
