Echo Acquires ITS Logistics Forming $5.4 Billion Platform

Echo Global Logistics announced on Jan. 21, 2026 that it will acquire ITS Logistics from GHK Capital Partners, creating a pro forma North American 3PL platform with approximately $5.4 billion in 2025 revenue. The deal, expected to close in the first half of 2026 subject to approvals, keeps ITS's leadership intact while combining Echo's technology, carrier network and AI-driven capabilities to expand service offerings.
