DIFC Releases Global Wealth Outlook Report

DIFC has launched the first report in its 2026 Future of Finance series, Global Wealth Outlook: Rethinking Growth in a Changing World, outlining structural shifts in global wealth management. It reports nearly 23 million high-net-worth individuals hold about $87 trillion, and forecasts a $124 trillion intergenerational wealth transfer by 2048, driving moves into private markets, AI and sustainable investments. The report also notes the UAE attracted about 9,800 new millionaires in 2025.
