China Plans Law Combating Cross-Border Corruption

China will draft a law to combat cross-border corruption, the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee said in a work report released Monday. The report, submitted to the ongoing fourth session of the 14th NPC, also says the committee will revise central bank and banking regulation laws and advance legislation on artificial intelligence. The moves aim to strengthen legal frameworks and enforcement.
