Carrier Connect Acquires Small Data Centres

Carrier Connect Data Solutions is rolling up small-to-medium private colocation data centre companies, operating four centres across three markets and pursuing an acquisition pipeline of approximately 200 targets in Canada and 2,000 in the U.S. CEO Mark Binns says the company seeks to capitalize on AI-driven demand for server space and predictable recurring revenue from long-term contracts. Carrier Connect plans continued consolidation and potential uplisting by 2026.
