APAC Organisations Adopt AI To Sustain Payroll

ADP's report The Potential of Payroll in 2026, published Feb. 25, 2026, finds Asia Pacific organisations accelerating AI adoption and workforce reskilling to sustain payroll amid talent shortages and regulatory complexity. Surveying more than 1,800 senior payroll stakeholders, it reports 80% of APAC firms reviewing payroll with fewer people, 74% experiencing disruptions, 49% exploring AI, and 78% considering outsourcing for multi-country workforces.
