Anthropic Elevates Senior Engineers Over Juniors

Anthropic cofounder Jack Clark said on The Ezra Klein Show Tuesday that the company's LLM, Claude, now writes the majority of its code and could handle up to 99% by year-end. Clark said this shift is making junior engineers' value "a bit more dubious" while raising demand for senior engineers with strong intuitions. Anthropic still lists over 100 software-engineer openings.
