Turner & Townsend Appointed To Deliver RAK Central

Turner & Townsend has been appointed by RAK Central to provide project management services for a 3.1 million sq ft mixed-use development in Ras Al Khaimah, scheduled to open in 2027. The five-building project will include about 4,000 apartments, three business hotels with over 1,000 keys, commercial offices, retail and public realms, targets LEED Gold, and will embed AI and BIM across delivery.
