Standard Chartered has announced an AI-enabled platform to accelerate and customize transaction banking services for corporate and institutional clients, according to a company statement. The platform automates solution selection and personalization, serves as a unified access point for product and market capabilities, and integrates with other systems for continuous improvement, enabling relationship managers, sales and proposal teams to deliver faster, more tailored client responses, said Mark Troutman.
