Samsung Updates Bixby With Perplexity Integration

Samsung is rolling out One UI 8.5 Beta 5 for the Galaxy S25 series in regions including the US, UK, Germany, India, Korea and Poland, with a ~550MB download and the February 2026 security patch. Early beta testers report Bixby now delivers faster, more detailed on-device responses, longer structured outputs, improved system-level voice controls, and apparent Perplexity-powered web integration, ahead of One UI 8.5's expected Feb. 25 stable debut.
