Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, reportedly sent an internal Slack message framing criticism of Immigration and Customs Enforcement as patriotic, according to the New York Times. The message, sent after the controversial shooting of Alex Pretti, praised President Trump in part and emphasized the company will speak up about its values; many employees reportedly approved.
