Roadburg Foundation Funds $50 Million Campus

On February 2, 2026 Tel-Hai, now approved as Kiryat Shmona University of the Galilee, announced a CAD $50 million gift from the Vancouver-based Ronald S. Roadburg Foundation to establish the Roadburg Campus. The donation, described as the institution's largest, will fund applied research in artificial intelligence, sustainable agriculture, and community resilience and follows the Council for Higher Education's late-January university approval.
