Business Insider interviewed 13 members of its 2026 Rising Stars of Venture Capital cohort and found they integrate AI into daily workflows, using ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Rogo, Granola and others to source deals, map markets, transcribe meetings, and stress-test investment theses. They report AI accelerates diligence, surfaces non-obvious opportunities, and expands outbound sourcing capacity without adding headcount.
